Refund/Pet  Policy

Effective for all bookings with TradeWinds Luxury Concierge

   We value your time and business, and in return, we ask for consideration of ours.

 

Please review our cancellation policy below:

   Cancellations 24 hours or less before service begins: 
   •    A full cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file 
   •    No refund will be issued.

 

This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of service and ensures fairness for all clients and staff.

 

Pet Passengers Policy

   At TradeWinds Luxury Concierge, we understand that pets are family. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask clients traveling with pets to review and agree to the following guidelines:

​

- Pet Fee: A $25 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to each reservation that includes an animal passenger.

​

- Damage & Liability: Any and all damages, cleaning fees, or excessive wear caused by the pet during transport will be the financial responsibility of the client. Charges will be assessed based on the cost of repairs, cleaning, or replacements needed.

​

- Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from the pet fee in accordance with ADA guidelines.
