Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to TradeWinds Luxury Concierge.

   

     By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline important information regarding your rights, responsibilities, and our policies.

 

     1. Services Provided TradeWinds Luxury Concierge (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers luxury black car, chauffeur, and concierge services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance unless otherwise arranged.

     

     2. Reservations & Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance. Full payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reservations are confirmed once payment details are received and approved.

     

     3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding deposits. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows (failure to appear without notice) are subject to full charge.

     

     4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring timely arrival for pickup. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes unless prior arrangements are made. Extended wait times may incur additional charges. Clients are expected to treat vehicles, drivers, and staff respectfully. Any damages caused to vehicles or property will be billed to the client. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with state laws. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

     

     5. Pet Policy Pets are welcome upon request but must be disclosed at the time of booking. A $25 pet fee applies. Clients are responsible for any damages, cleaning costs, or disruptions caused by pets during service.

     

     6. Pricing & Additional Charges All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Last-minute or same-day bookings may incur additional fees and, in some cases, up to triple the standard rate. Multi-stop or adjusted travel routes may result in modified pricing.

     

     7. Liability Disclaimer TradeWinds Luxury Concierge is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients assume responsibility for personal belongings brought into the vehicle.

     

     8. Conduct & Safety For the safety of all passengers and drivers, seatbelts must be worn at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to safety or violates these terms.

     

      9. Privacy We respect your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client information is never shared with unauthorized third parties.

     

     10. Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

     

     11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Marion County, Florida.
